72-hour notice needs to be given in order to cancel/move a booking. We cannot guarantee slots will be available due to the nature of the photoshoot. Please arrive promptly for your shoot as we might not be able to go ahead if you are late due to other appointments that day.
If for any reason you don't attend and don't contact us with the required notice you will be required to pay the full price of your shoot again to re-book.
